Individuals looking to join a scratch team for the upcoming season should fill in the below form. At this stage, it is unlikely that we'll be able to place you on a fully new team, but there may be some existing teams looking for players with whom we would match you up. If we cannot find you a place on a team for the current season, we will be in touch prior to Season 12 to place you on a scratch team of new individuals.
