The OQL British Quiz Weekender takes place from 1pm on 1st August to 5pm on 3rd August at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly hotel and will consist of the following quizzes:
- Specialist subject quizzes
- A SpeedQuizzing pairs quiz
- OQL Live VIII (individual written quiz)
- The British Regional Team Championships
- Interactive film quiz
- Connections Online Quiz League event
- Giant Pub Quiz
There will also be some informal fun quizzing on Saturday night. You can see the full schedule here.
OQL have negotiated a discounted rate for the hotel. All attendees will receive a 20% discount at the hotel which can be booked here.
Attendees can play as many or as few quizzes as they like. Whilst quizzes are happening we will also be offering a chill out room, a board game room and a buzzer quiz room so we’re sure there will be plenty to keep you occupied all weekend.
