Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our Refunds policy relates only to those who have purchased tickets and can no longer attend the event

Refunds

Prior to 1st June, should you wish to withdraw from the event you should contact us at info@onlinequizleague.com and you will be entitled to a refund of 90% of your ticket cost to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer – whichever is your preference.

Between 1st June and 1st July, should you wish to withdraw from the event you should contact us at info@onlinequizleague.com and you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of your ticket cost to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer – whichever is your preference. You will also receive copies of all the quizzes played at the event – emailed to you after the event has finished.

After 1st July we are unable to offer any refunds as all our admin work has been completed based on the number of entries received by 1st July. You should still email us at info@onlinequizleague.com to advise that you are unable to attend.

If you can no longer attend and have purchased lunches then these can be fully refunded up until 10th July. To arrange this please contact us at info@onlinequizleague.com.

Transferring your ticket

If you find you are unable to attend then you are able to transfer your ticket to someone who has not yet purchased a ticket. Please contact us at info@onlinequizleague.com to arrange this.

Hotel refunds

If you have already booked your hotel and can no longer attend you should contact the hotel directly to discuss any refunds. OQL are not able to offer or assist in any refunds related to the hotel or travel costs.
