Season 10 of the Online Quiz League began on 10 May 2023, and there are lots of events open for registration.


This is an individual competition using the Mimir format which has exploded in popularity since Lockdown. The competition consists of 9 weeks of exciting quizzes focussing solely on the high brow subjects like art, culture, history, science, geography and many many more.

This is a truly international event with 320 players from over 20 different countries participating last season.

Entry fee is just £30/$35/€32.50 (with a discount of £5/$5/€5 if this is your first ever individual event with OQL) per person and the deadline to register is 19th May with the competition running for 9 weeks.

This is an individual event conducted in person in venues all across the UK and Ireland. All players sit the same written quiz at the same time and tackle the same 240 questions (30 on each of the 8 OQL categories).

This event runs on Saturday June 24th and entry fee is just £11 (£2 surcharge for London attendees) for a full day of exciting quizzing where we will crown category champions as well as an overall champion followed by team quizzing and buzzer fun.

This is another individual competition that plays using the Mimir format. Everyone takes a qualifier quiz using WikiQuiz and based on your scores you are placed into Tiers of 32 players. From then on it's a straight knockout over 4 weeks with the top 2 progressing and the bottom 2 players being eliminated.

At the end of the 4 weeks we will crown our tier champions.

This event costs just £4 to participate but please note that all players are only guaranteed to play the qualifier quiz and one Mimir quiz and there are certain eligibility requirements for participants.
