Compulsory Mantis Shrimp are one of the 28 founding members of OQL and one of the few teams to have spent every season in Division 1. Their highest finish ever was 7th and they have been involved in many relegation battles and on no fewer than 4 occasions have finished just one place above the relegation zone. They are based in and around the Withington area of Greater Manchester and all play in their local quiz league.
