  • For each player, input:
    • Player name (unless pre-filled).
    • The overall tiebreaker response (1 cell).
    • Subject scores & tiebreaker responses for each (16 cells).
  • Every so often, including when finished, click Save.

Notes & troubleshooting

  • It is strongly encouraged to use a computer with a tactile keyboard (e.g. a laptop) rather than a tablet or smartphone for data input.
  • Click Save every so often so you don't lose data.
  • Data from your venue appears on the Host page. Data from you and all other hosts is rolled up to generate the Results page.
  • The total score is calculated automatically so this box cannot be edited.
  • You can use the tab key to move to the next cell to the right. Make sure you input data in the correct boxes.
  • To add a new player, select the player cell at the bottom row of the sheet and press enter, then input the player's name.
  • Do not worry about empty rows as these will be ignored automatically.
  • Do not input how far out the player was on any tiebreaker as this is calculated automatically, input their response to the tiebreaker question.
  • Tiebreaker responses only impact the results page when the tiebreaker answer is released by the setters, so don't worry if the results page looks like these are not being taken into account.
  • If there are outstanding protests, these can go in the Appeals box and can be copied and pasted to multiple players with Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V if necessary.
  • If as a host, you have someone helping with data entry, they will either need to input data when logged in under the host's account OR be set up as a host in their own right.
  • Hosts must _not_ simultaneously input or edit data on more than one device under the same account, as the only the most recently saved data will be stored, causing data loss due to data being overwritten.
  • If two or more people need to input data at the same venue, they must all be set up as separate hosts in their own name, and logged in with those details. They must not duplicate data inputs from other hosts.
  • When there is data to be saved, the Save button is red. Whilst attempting to save data, the save button is yellow. Once data is saved, the save button turns green.
  • If the Save button hangs on yellow, it means the internet connection has been lost and the data did not save. To get a clickable Save button again, when the internet connection is restored, make a small edit (e.g. add some dummy data to an appeals box to make the Save button turn red) and click Save again. Once the Save button is green, the data is saved.
